The interpolated 6-axis robotized system, which gives you all the flexibility you need for three-dimensional milling.

The large range of the wrist and the structure of the robotic arm are designed to guarantee exceptional milling performance.

With RM-RoboCut3D Stone you can perform all the phases of milling on stone, from roughing the rough block, to finishing the smallest and most minute details.

FLEXIBLE AND ACCURATE 3D MILLING

Exceeds the limits of 3 and 5 axis milling machines. With the 6 interpolated axes of the anthropomorphic robot, the processing becomes extremely flexible and the cutter can reach even the most hidden points of a bas-relief or a three-dimensional statue. Your milling strategies will be much faster and you will no longer have to reposition the stock and stop machining to reach the most critical points.

Finding the right balance between spindle rotation speed and axis movement speed is very simple with the manual controls on the control console. You can easily switch from a fast and powerful roughing to a slow and delicate finish.

HOW TO CREATE THE PROJECT FOR YOUR SCULPTURES

Focus on your creativity and design your three-dimensional project to CAD, RM-RoboCut3D Stone will take care of shaping your ideas. Even if you are not an expert in three-dimensional design, you can make a small-format prototype and import the project into your PC with a three-dimensional scanner.

CONTROL SMARTPAD TOUCH SCREEN

Control your robotic system with a simple touch on the touchscreen pad. The Kuka control pad has been enhanced with our CNC software XMC 4.0 RoboCut, designed for robotic milling of up to 8 interpolated axes. Controlling the movements of the robotic arm and launching the machining will be extremely simple thanks to our software interface tailored to our robotic sculpting systems.
