Cut blocks of polyurethane foam and soft materials quickly and effectively. RM-WireCut3D is a CNC polyurethane foam cutter with abrasive wire cutting system. A machine created for cutting large blocks of material and for mass production.

Abrasive wire cutting system

RM-WireCut3D innovative abrasive wire technology gives you the opportunity to cut a wide range of materials. The wire rotation system allows you to make clean and precise cuts and adjust the cutting speed according to the material. The heavy machined aluminum structure makes the cutter extremely compact and robust and the laminate worktop is able to support even very heavy material loads.

Worktop and working areas

The mobile worktop is capable of supporting large blocks of material, and has an automatic trolley that adjusts the position of the blocks during cutting.

You can choose between two different worktop dimensions:

  • 2700 x 1300 mm (1300 mm Z axis travel)
  • 4200 x 2700 mm (1300 mm Z axis travel)

XMC 4.0 PoliCut HMI for Windows

XMC 4.0 PoliCut HMI is the operator interface for Windows® environment simple and intuitive that allows you to have under control all the commands necessary to pilot RM-WireCut3D. Through the software interface it is possible to: import the machinings, analyze the project from the 2D/ 3D preview and start the machining. All the productivity and processing status data are managed and processed in real time using the integrated Analytics 4.0 plugin.

4.0 Analytics: data analysis software

4.0 Analytics is the data analysis software for the Ronchini Massimo machines, which allows you to: monitor, store and export RM-WireCut3D productivity data.

4.0 Analytics complies with Industry 4.0 standards and allows all the Ronchini Massimo CNC machines to communicate with the main business management software, importing the data of: life, production and error generated by the CNC pantograph.
