Our CNC plasma cutting pantograph with professional HyperTherm Powermax source. RM-PlasmaCut3D is a 3 axes interpolated CNC plasma cutting machine for milling flat metal sheets up to 3000 x 2000 mm.

RM-PlasmaCut3D for plasma cutting of metals

RM-PlasmaCut3D can perform two-dimensional cuts of any shape on conductive metal sheets such as: aluminum, steel, copper, brass and more.

Thanks to the powerful plasma source capable of generating heat up to 22,000 C, the cutting processes are always clean and without burrs, also ready for welding.

A CNC high performance plasma cutting router

RM-PlasmaCut3D is a versatile CNC router with high cutting performance. Its heavy machined aluminum structure is designed to make cuts with decimal precision even in the largest formats.

The high precision mechanical components such as rectified guides and recirculated ball screws reduce vibrations and mechanical play to minimum, making the plasma torch movement always precise on the whole work surface.

HyperTherm plasma cutting source

RM-PlasmaCut3D is equipped with the Hypertherm Powermax 85 plasma cutting source, ideal for cutting and gouging on all conductive metals.

The power of the plasma cutting source allows to cut sheets up to 25 mm thick with a mechanized breakthrough capacity up to 20 mm. Smart Sense ™ technology automatically adjusts gas pressure, optimizing the productivity times of the machine.

Worktop and working areas

The steel worktop with interchangeable crosspieces ensures excellent support for all types of sheet metal. The double smoke extraction system, under the workbench and near the cutting torch, allows the suction of all fumes generated during the plasma cutting process.

RM-PlasmaCut3D is available in four formats with a working area:

Precision mechanical components

RM-PlasmaCut3D is equipped with the best mechanical components to allow you to perform plasma cutting jobs that make the difference.

High precision ball screws

Thanks to the High Precision ball screws you can always get the perfect positioning of the axes. The extremely low operating torque of the ball screws ensures to optimize the consumption power and the engine performance.

Linear motion guide

The slidings of the axes are always fast and fluid thanks to the linear motion guides. The precision of the milling process is guaranteed by the very high rigidity of the guides, which they always keep the bridge in an accurate and stable mode.

Yaskawa Sigma 7 motors

RM-PlasmaCut3D mounts on all its axes the Yaskawa Sigma 7 with Inverter. Those are surely the best motors of the Japanese Company which is also synonymous with reliability and high precision thanks to the impeccable construction quality.

XMC 5 HMI for Windows

XMC 5 HMI is the operator interface for Windows® environment simple and intuitive that allows you to have under control all the commands necessary to pilot RM-PlasmaCut3D. Through the software interface it is possible to: import the workings, analyze the project from the 2D / 3D preview and start the work. All the productivity and processing status data are managed and processed in real time using the integrated Analytics 4.0 plugin.

CAD/ CAM compatible software

RM-PlasmaCut3D is compatible with the main CAD/ CAM software. the XMC software interface allows you to import and execute the ISO G-code processing files generated with the main CAM software available on the market.

4.0 Analytics: Data analysis software

4.0 Analytics is the data analysis software for the Ronchini Massimo machines, which allows you to: monitor, store and export the productivity data of RM-PlasmaCut3D.

4.0 Analytics complies with Industry 4.0 standards and allows all Ronchini Massimo CNC machines to communicate with the main business management software, importing the data of: life, production and error generated by the CNC machine.
