Our CNC pantograph with CO2 laser source for cutting and marking on non-metallic materials. RM-LaserCut3D is the 3-axes interpolated CNC laser cutting machine for large format machining up to 3000 x 2000 mm.

RM-LaserCut3D can perform laser cutting and marking processes on many non-metallic materials such as: wood, plexiglass, stone, plastic, fabric and more.

The installable CO2 laser sources can reach up to 400 W of power, to perform precise and clean cuts even on materials with high thickness.

High performance CNC laser cutting router

RM-LaserCut3D is a professional CNC pantograph for high precision cuts and flawless markings. Its heavy machined aluminum structure is rigid and heavy, ensuring decimal precision in the movement of the axes.

The high precision mechanical components such as rectified guides and recirculated ball screws, reduce vibrations and mechanical play to a minimum, making the movement of the laser source precise on the whole work surface.

Synrad CO2 laser source

RM-LaserCut3D is equipped with the 100 Watt Synrad PulStar laser source which guarantees high cutting speed and extremely high precision even on high thicknesses.

The quality of the laser beam is practically perfect thanks to the conditioning of the internal beam before opening, which converges the laser beam in an extremely narrow point and returns a very high processing detail. Pulsed CO2 laser technology manages power homogeneously and continuously and allows very high peak levels to be reached when necessary.

Worktop and working area

The worktop with honeycomb grid ensures excellent support for all materials to be worked. The double fume extraction system, under the workbench and near the cutting torch, allows the extraction of all fumes generated during the laser cutting process.

RM-LaserCut3D is available in four formats with a workspace:

High precision ball screws

Thanks to the High Precision ball screws you can always get the perfect positioning of the axes. The extremely low operating torque of the ball screws ensures to optimize the consumption power and the engine performance.

Linear motion guide

The slides of the axes are always fast and fluid thanks to the linear motion guides. The precision of the cutting process is guaranteed by the very high rigidity of the guides, which they always keep the bridge in an accurate and stable mode.

CO2 Synrad laser source

The Synrad PulStar P100 laser source gives you a great cleanliness and cutting speed even on large thicknesses thanks to pulsed laser technology. You have an arrangement of the exceptional peak power of 400 and an average power of 100 watts.

XMC 5 HMI for Windows

XMC 5 HMI is the operator interface for Windows® environment simple and intuitive that allows you to have under control all the commands necessary to pilot RM-LaserCut3D. Through the software interface it is possible to: import the machinings, analyze the project from the 2D/ 3D preview and start the machining. All the productivity and processing status data are managed and processed in real time using the integrated Analytics 4.0 plugin.

CAD/ CAM compatible software

RM-LaserCut3D is compatible with the main CAD/ CAM software, XMC software interface allows you to import and execute the ISO G-code processing files generated with the main CAM software available on the market.

4.0 Analytics: data analysis software

4.0 Analytics is the data analysis software for the Ronchini Massimo machines, which allows you to: monitor, store and export RM-LaserCut3D productivity data.

4.0 Analytics complies with Industry 4.0 standards and allows all the Ronchini Massimo CNC machines to communicate with the main business management software, importing the data of: life, production and error generated by the CNC pantograph.
