HIGH PRECISION CNC ROUTER
We have designed the RM-MaxiMill3D OCH to allow you to create perfect eyeglass frames in every detail. The extremely compact steel structure guarantees a good rigidity of the bridge and minimizes any kind of backlash. In this way, you can get very accurate details.
CLAMPING SYSTEM COMPLETELY OPTIMIZED
The double clamping system allows you to work both in the inside and outside of the frame at its best.
The mounting steps in the machining between the various clamping systems are fully automated. You will only have to reload the machine with the material that has to be milled.
AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGE
Thanks to the Automatic Tool Change you can reduce the time to switch from one tool to another and make your production even faster.
You can load up to 10 different milling tools and keep them clean and protected in the tool changer.

HIGH PRECISION BALL SCREWS
Thanks to the High Precision ball screws you can always get the perfect positioning of the axes. The motors can fully exploit their torque thanks to the low friction between screw and nut-screws.
LINEAR MOTION GUIDE
The slidings of the axes are always fast and fluid thanks to the linear motion guides. The precision of the milling process is guaranteed by the very high rigidity of the guides, which they always keep the bridge in an accurate and stable mode.
HIGH PERFORMANCE MOTORS
RM-MaxiMill3D OCH mounts on all its axes the Yaskawa Sigma 7 with Inverter. Those are surely the best motors of the Japanese Company which is also synonymous with reliability and high precision thanks to the impeccable construction quality.
