RM-FrameVX simplifies your way of producing glasses thanks to the perfect synchrony between the robotized enslavement system and the high precision milling machine. Forget the process long waits thanks to the optimization of all milling phases.

5-axis CNC milling machine for eyeglasses

The new generation CNC milling machine for the processing of 5-axis glasses in continuous.

It allows to realize high precision frames thanks to the extremely rigid structure and the high precision components:

  • High performance spindle: 2.4kw power and rotation up to 40.000 Rpm guaranteeing continuous and prolonged working cycles without risk of overheating.
  • Recirculated ball screws and ground sliding guides for centesimal positioning precision.
  • Yaskawa Sigma 7 motors with Ethercat communication for smooth and reliable 5-axis interpolations.
  • 4th and 5th axis unit with Harmonic Drive reducers.
  • Numerical control with a 64Mhz dual core RISC 32Bit processor for extremely fast computing performance.

Robot for fast enslavement

The anthropomorphic robot makes your work extremely fast and versatile.

All the shifts of the blank in the processing stations are managed by the Kuka robot which allows to optimize production times.

The robotic arm is perfectly integrated with the movements of the milling machine and knows exactly when to intervene with its four tools to minimize downtime.

Extremely fast tool change at 15 stations

You can load up to 15 different tools for: milling, drilling, deburring, flattening, etc. All in one processing cycle.

The tool rack with concealed closure allows you to keep the cones protected from processing residues and prevents set-up problems.

Depots for fast loading tablets

The 3 tablet-holding magazines allow you to load more than 300 tablets at a time and launch very large series productions.

You can load the depots with tablets of different sizes, which can be processed in a single milling cycle and also prepare the depots for the new processes and insert them in the machine once the previous cycle has been completed.

PIANO SUDDIVISO PER LE FASI DI FRESATURA

Il piano di lavoro per la fresatura degli occhiali e suddiviso in tre zone dedicate alle varie fasi di lavorazione e prototipazione. Ogni zona viene attrezzata automaticamente dal braccio robotizzato.

Zona per Fresatura interna

La morsa pneumatica completamente automatizzata, ti permette di fresare la parte interna dell’occhiale, mantenendo la tavoletta di acetato stabile e salda.

Zona per Fresatura esterna

Il quarto e quinto asse interpolato con funghi espandibili, viene attrezzato automaticamente dal robot che fissa la tavoletta per una perfetta contornatura dell’occhiale.

Zona per lavorazioni addizionali e prototipazione

RM-FrameVX è dotata di una parte di piano di lavoro libera. Perfetta per fare lavorazioni sulle astine dell’occhiale o per realizzare nuovi prototipi.
