Depots for fast tablets loading

The 3 tablet-holding magazines allow you to load more than 300 tablets at a time and launch very large series productions.

You can load the depots with tablets of different sizes, which can be processed in a single milling cycle and also prepare the depots for the new processes and insert them in the machine once the previous cycle has been completed.

PLAN DIVISION FOR THE MILLING PHASES

The working surface for the eyewear milling is divided into three areas dedicated to the various processing and prototyping phases. Each zone is automatically equipped by the robotic arm.

Internal milling area

The fully automatic pneumatic vice allows you to mill the inside of the glasses, keeping the acetate tablet stable and firm.

External milling area

The fourth and fifth axis interpolated with expandable mushrooms, is automatically equipped by the robot that fixes the tablet for a perfect contouring of the glasses.

Additional processing and prototyping area

RM-FrameVX is equipped with a free worktop area. Perfect for making work on the glasses temples or for making new prototypes.

XMC 4.0 is a latest generation motion controller expressly designed to drive CNC machines up to 5 interpolated axes. Thanks to the hardware with high computing capacity integrated processor and a simple and intuitive HMI for Windows® environment, with XMC 4.0 it will be possible to configure and drive multiple types of machines.
