RM-PlasmaCut3D is a 3 axes CNC plasma cutter which allows you to cut metals, with precise and clean edges.
The union between a high-quality plasma source and a precision CNC machine.
WHAT METAL YOU CAN CUT
The Hypertherm plasma source, allow at the CNC plasma cutter to cut metal sheets until a thickness of 20 mm.
RM-PlasmaCut3D can cut a wide variety of metal sheets such as:

HIGH-PERFORMANCE CNC PLASMA CUTTER
The RM-PlasmaCut3D is a powerful plasma source combined with an exceptional mechanical structure. It gives you great cutting power with a 16 mm mechanized breakout capability.
The CNC plasma cutting system with the technology Smart Sense, will always give you precise cuts and no smudges thanks to the automatic management of the gas pressure.
The rigid structure of the machine allow at the bridge of the plasma cutter to avoid any kind of involuntary movement and makes the cuts highly precise.


PLASMA CUTTING WORKTOP
The plasma cutting worktop consists of interchangeable steel cross pieces, useful for cleaning up the machine from the remains of the cutting.
The machine has a double cutting smoke suction system, with holes on the work surface and a second suction near the plasma cutting torch.
RM-PlasmaCut3D is available in four versions with different working areas:
- 1000 (X) x 1000 (Y) x 160 (Z) mm
- 2000 (X) x 1000 (Y) x 160 (Z) mm
- 2500 (X) x 1300 (Y) x 160 (Z) mm
- 3000 (X) x 2000 (Y) x 160 (Z) mm

PLASMA CUTTING SYSTEM
RM-PlasmaCut3D mounts the powerful plasma cutting system Hypertherm Powermax 85, a plasma source designed to maximize the productivity of CNC plasma cutting machines.
This plasma source allows you to cut thicknesses up to 20 mm with a 16 mm mechanized breakout capability and deliver cutting-edge results thanks to the Smart Sense technology.

RM-PlasmaCut3D is equipped with the best mechanical components to allow you to perform plasma cutting jobs that make the difference.

HIGH PRECISION BALL SCREWS
Thanks to the High Precision ball screws you can always get the perfect positioning of the axes. The extremely low operating torque of the ball screws ensures to optimize the consumption power and the engine performance.

LINEAR MOTION GUIDE
The slidings of the axes are always fast and fluid thanks to the linear motion guides. The precision of the milling process is guaranteed by the very high rigidity of the guides, which they always keep the bridge in an accurate and stable mode.

YASKAWA SIGMA 7 MOTORS
The RM-PlasmaCut3D mounts on all its axes the Yaskawa Sigma 7 with Inverter. Those are surely the best motors of the Japanese Company which is also synonymous with reliability and high precision thanks to the impeccable construction quality.

The XMC 4.0 has been studied to perfectly match the Ronchini’s CNC machines.
