HIGH PRECISION 3 AXIS CNC MILLING MACHINE

We have designed the RM-MaxiMill3D to give you the best possible precision on a medium size CNC milling machine.

The extremely compact steel structure guarantees an extraordinary rigidity of the deck while maintaining the size of the machine. We have minimized any kind of gameplay or vibration, to allow you to get the most accurate details.

MILLING WORK SURFACE WITH DOUBLE TIGHTENING TECHNOLOGY

RM-MaxiMill3D has a working surface in aluminum, optimized for high-speed milling.

The worktop offers two methods for blocking raw materials: the mechanical clamping system or the vacuum plate. So you can choose the clamping technology that is most suitable for your machining process.

AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGE WITH 10 STATIONS

Speed your milling machining process with the automatic tool change and switch from one milling cutter to another in a fully automatic way.

HIGH PRECISION BALL SCREWS

Thanks to the High Precision ball screws you can always get the perfect positioning of the axes. The extremely low operating torque of the ball screws ensures to optimize the consumption power and the engine performance.

LINEAR MOTION GUIDE

The slidings of the axes are always fast and fluid thanks to the THK linear motion guides. The precision of the milling process is guaranteed by the very high rigidity of the guides, which they always keep the bridge in an accurate and stable mode.

YASKAWA SIGMA 7 MOTORS

RM-MaxiMill3D mounts on all its axes the Yaskawa Sigma 7 with Inverter. Those are surely the best motors of the Japanese Company which is also synonymous with reliability and high precision thanks to the impeccable construction quality.
