HIGH-PERFORMANCE LARGE CNC ROUTER

The large aluminum structure of the router is extremely compact and allows you to use RM-AluStep3D in different milling works.

The high-quality of mechanical components guarantee you great reliability. So you’ll be able to mill for long period of time, without any overheating problems.

The clamping system is extremely solid and accurate thanks to the aluminum worktop.

The worktop of the CNC router is composed of  “T” slots, that allow you to clamp the rough material in 2 ways: through mechanical clamping or through vacuum table.

MACHINE SECURITY SHELTERS

The opening of the security shelters allows you to easily access to work area and provides effective protection against the uncontrolled evacuation of material.

Thanks to the High Precision ball screws you can always get the perfect positioning of the router’s axes. The extremely low operating torque of the ball screws ensures to optimize the consumption power and the engine performance.

LINEAR MOTION GUIDE

The slidings of the axes are always fast and fluid thanks to the linear motion guides. The precision of the milling process is guaranteed by the very high rigidity of the guides, which they always keep the bridge in an accurate and stable mode.

YASKAWA SIGMA 7 MOTORS

RM-AluStep3D mounts on all its axes the Yaskawa Sigma 7 motors with Inverter. Those are surely the best motors of the Japanese Company which is also synonymous with reliability and high precision thanks to the impeccable construction quality.
