RM-TgCut3D is a CNC machine with 3 interpolated axes with the knife tangential cutting system.

It is a versatile and precise cutting solution for handicrafts and industrial production.

WHAT CAN YOU CUT?

RM-TgCut3D allows you to work all those materials that cannot be milled or cut by laser and plasma.

It is very easy to switch blades so you can adapt the workpiece to the material and obtain precise cuts that can handle very thick materials.

The tangential blade allows you to cut automatically:

  • Fabrics and leather
  • Rubber and plastic
  • Polystyrene and expanded
  • Cardboards
  • Carpets and moquette and so on…

A POWERFUL CNC KNIFE CUTTING MACHINE

The heavy structure in aluminium makes the machine extremely solid and it guarantees you great reliability over time. The excellent quality of the mechanical components gives you perfect motion performance and precision in positioning the blade during cutting.

The structure of the aluminium protectors with the anti-shock Lexan protectors will give you excellent protection against material leakage. Slidings and overhead doors are protected with redundant electronic controls that constantly monitor the opening and allow you to easily access the work area.

WORKING SURFACE AND MODELS

The vacuum table allows you to keep a strong clamping system on the workpiece even during thicker and faster cuts. The floor is entirely covered by a breathable fabric that acts as a martyr, specially designed for cutting blade work. Choose from the 4 models with perfect work areas for medium to large format.

TANGENTIAL CUT HEAD

The cutting system is extremely versatile and allows you to mount long and thick blades or short and thin blades depending on your cutting needs and the type of material that you need to work with.

Unlike the normal cutting plotter, the tangential cutting machine allows the blade to oscillate and to be directed without having to follow the path of the axes.
